Health evidence standards

These versioned contracts expose what this platform currently enforces. Normative means implemented on this platform only; draft marks an incomplete interchange contract. Neither status claims external consensus, accreditation, or adoption.

normative · v2.0.0

Atomic claim schema

A versioned, population-, dose-, formulation- and outcome-specific evidence claim.

View machine-readable contract

Conformance vectors

Behavioral coherence rules remain enforced by coherenceInvariants; this document does not replace that function.

draft · v2.0.0

Evidence data standard

Interchange fields for canonical research questions and their source-linked evidence.

View machine-readable contract

Conformance vectors

The broader EvidenceBundle union is still evolving, so this release standardizes only the canonical research-question envelope.

normative · v2.0.0

Product identity standard

A provenance-aware identity for a commercial product, its immutable label snapshot, and its content-bound formulation, kept as three distinct identity layers with explicit source class and commercial-identity resolution status.

View machine-readable contract

Conformance vectors

This standard requires the distinct identity and provenance fields needed for an admitted product snapshot; additional market and label-content fields remain unknown-safe. Missing quality, certification or recall fields mean unknown or not assessed; they never imply clearance.

normative · v2.0.0

Product-to-evidence matching standard

Canonical sixteen-dimension Phase 10 match receipt; no overall score or paid ranking.

View machine-readable contract

Conformance vectors

A formulation match is not efficacy evidence, laboratory verification, certification or a recommendation.

normative · v2.0.0

Safety-rule standard

A source-linked safety state, trigger and required contextual qualification.

View machine-readable contract

Conformance vectors

The record is not a substitute for the deterministic safety gate or clinical review.

draft · v2.0.0

Health-AI evaluation benchmark

A reproducible result envelope for reviewed serious-risk detection cases.

View machine-readable contract

Conformance vectors

This is the current serious-risk benchmark result shape, not a complete or externally validated health-AI benchmark.

normative · v2.0.0

Claim-verification protocol

Atomic verification labels and the reviewed-before-published lifecycle.

View machine-readable contract

Conformance vectors

Public records additionally require reviewed and published state plus a distinct recorded human review; database transition rules remain authoritative. Governed review rejects legacy draft-only keys (canonicalClaimIds, evidenceIds, *Mismatch strings). Corrections and supersessions retain prior immutable publications.

normative · v2.0.0

Laboratory-testing protocol

Batch-specific, content-addressed laboratory reports admitted with anonymously acquired samples, an independent accredited laboratory, immutable-artifact chain of custody, predeclared source-anchored specifications and source-anchored results. An admitted report is deterministically assessed and, when released (published or withdrawn), projected into a batch-scoped public LaboratoryReceipt whose folded publicState never renders a disputed or withdrawn batch as passed. This describes the admission record; the released receipt and its public quality/history projections are served by the products laboratory endpoints (see the LaboratoryReceipt/LaboratoryQuality OpenAPI schemas).

View machine-readable contract

Conformance vectors

Cross-field admission rules, custody sequence, chronology, uncertainty-aware assessment and trusted-verifier signature checks are enforced by assessLaboratoryAdmission/buildLaboratoryReceipt, not completely represented by this schema. This document is the report admission record only. The released public LaboratoryReceipt projection, its folded publicState, and the store-aware quality/history responses are defined by the LaboratoryReceipt and LaboratoryQuality API schemas. A laboratory result applies only to the named sample, batch, methods and analytes; it is never whole-product approval, efficacy, certification, recall clearance, availability, a ranking or a recommendation.

draft · v2.0.0

Correction and provenance standard

An attributed correction record linked to immutable audit and version history.

View machine-readable contract

Conformance vectors

The public correction record and full audit bundle remain separate objects; a unified interchange envelope is not yet implemented.

draft · v2.0.0

Personal evidence standard

A user-controlled N-of-1 experiment record that is not generalized as population evidence.

View machine-readable contract

Conformance vectors

This standard describes experiment identity only; it does not establish causal or population-level evidence.

draft · v2.0.0

Public ontology snapshot

A versioned, referentially closed projection of the currently implemented public evidence graph.

View machine-readable contract

Conformance vectors

This projection is not a complete ontology of medicine; missing graph objects mean unmodeled, not absent.
