An admitted report is deterministically assessed and, when released (published or withdrawn), projected into a batch-scoped public LaboratoryReceipt whose folded publicState never renders a disputed or withdrawn batch as passed. This describes the admission record; the released receipt and its public quality/history projections are served by the products laboratory endpoints (see the LaboratoryReceipt/LaboratoryQuality OpenAPI schemas).
