The Annual Accuracy Report
How many claims we changed, and why. How many we got wrong. Where our methodology failed. What we still don't know. A scored self-audit against our own published SLAs — including where we missed them. We publish our own errors because we have nothing to sell, which is the only way this report is survivable to publish honestly.
What it will contain
- Claims changed this year: upgrades, downgrades, certainty shifts.
- Corrections by type and severity, with median time-to-detection — see the live log.
- Where our methodology failed, and what changed structurally in response.
- The biggest evidence gaps we still haven't closed.
- Reviewer performance, aggregate and honest.
- A scored self-audit against our published SLAs — see the re-review cadence and current SLA compliance.
Publish commitment
Not yet published — the commitment ships ahead of the first edition. We expect the first reaction to be "supplement site admits dozens of errors." We're publishing anyway, because the second-order read — the only health site that publishes its own mistakes — is the one that lasts.
